Tajikistan at the 2018 Winter Paralympics

Tajikistan participated in the 2018 Winter Paralympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea, marking its first appearance at the Winter Paralympics. Two athletes competed in para-Nordic skiing, having trained in Germany and China prior to the Games. Tajikistan was the only nation at the 2018 Winter Paralympics that did not send a delegation to the 2018 Winter Olympics. Alongside Georgia and North Korea, Tajikistan made its debut at these Winter Paralympics.

In August 2017, Tajikistan, along with 14 other National Paralympic Committees, signed a letter supporting Russia's participation in the 2018 Winter Paralympics amid the Russian doping scandal. However, the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) upheld its decision to exclude Russia due to unresolved concerns about doping.

Historically, Tajikistan had not competed at any previous Winter Paralympics and had only participated in four Summer Paralympics (2004, 2008, 2012, and 2016) with a total of three athletes and no medals won. The country also did not send competitors to the 2018 Winter Olympics, breaking its streak of participation since 2002.

In para-Nordic skiing events, Tajikistan's athlete competed in races scheduled on March 12, 14, and 17. These included a 15 km race, sprint classic qualification, semifinals, finals, and another classic race, with specific start times for different categories of athletes.
