Ventnor Queensland

Ventnor is a rural locality in Queensland, Australia, located within the North Burnett Region. As of the 2021 census, its population was 13 people. The area's terrain ranges from 240 to 510 meters above sea level, with no named peaks. Cannindah State Forest is situated in the south, while the rest of the land is primarily used for grazing on native vegetation, along with some plantation forestry.

The locality has a historical school, Yarrol Road State School, which opened in 1946 and was renamed Ventnor State School in 1948. It closed in 1960 but was later purchased by local residents for £150 in 1963. The building now serves as the headquarters for the Ventnor Progress Association and is used for various community purposes, including religious services, farming meetings, fire control groups, and polling booths.

In the 2016 census, Ventnor's population was 14 people, decreasing slightly to 13 by 2021. The locality has a heritage-listed site, the former Ventnor State School, located at 1877 Yarrol Road. Currently, there are no schools in Ventnor; the nearest government primary schools are Mungildie State School and Monto State School, while the closest secondary school is Monto State High School.
