The Skylander SK-105 was a twin-turboprop light aircraft project developed by Sky Aircraft, a subsidiary of GECI Aviation. Initially referenced in 1988 under various names, the project was formally announced in 2001 at the Seoul Air Show. Design supervision was led by Desmond Norman, co-designer of the Britten-Norman Islander. Development faced delays due to funding issues and changes in manufacturing locations, with plans for two prototypes delayed until 2005 and later indefinitely postponed.

In December 2007, Turkish freight carrier ACT Airlines Group signed a letter of intent for 15 aircraft, and partnerships were established for distribution across several countries. Despite these developments, the project encountered significant challenges, including manufacturing plant changes from Portugal to France in 2008, which further delayed progress. The target service entry date was pushed back multiple times, initially set for 2011 and later proposed for 2014.

The lack of sufficient funding led GECI Aviation Sky Aircraft into receivership on October 4, 2012, ultimately resulting in the project's cancellation with the company's dissolution in April 2013.
