Neola is a census-designated place (CDP) located in Duchesne County, Utah. It was established in 1912 and had a population of 461 according to the 2010 census. Geographically, Neola is situated in eastern Duchesne County, 10 miles north of Roosevelt along Utah State Route 121. The CDP covers an area of 3.8 square miles (9.8 km²), with 0.004 square miles (0.01 km²) being water.

Neola has a semi-arid climate, classified as "BSk" under the Köppen Climate Classification system. Demographically, the 2000 census reported a population of 533 people, 170 households, and 139 families. The population density was 76.0 people per square mile (29.4/km²). The racial makeup included 85.18% White, 10.32% Native American, 0.19% Asian, 0.19% Pacific Islander, and small percentages from other races and mixed backgrounds. Hispanic or Latino individuals made up 2.63% of the population.

Household data showed that 44.1% had children under 18, while 70.6% were married couples. The median household income was $38,214, and the median family income was $40,625. Males earned a higher median income ($35,500) than females ($25,000). The per capita income was $13,138, with 10.6% of families and 14.1% of the population below the poverty line. Age distribution indicated a younger population, with 35.5% under 18 and smaller percentages in older age groups.
