Zafiro Records was a prominent Spanish record label active from the 1950s until the 1980s, known for issuing recordings by both Spanish and international artists such as Juan Bau, Luisito Gasán, Malena Gracia, Buddy Guy, Los Brincos, Marisol, Ornella Vanoni, The Korgis, and Miguel Fleta. Established in 1952, the label was managed by Esteban Garcia Morencos, with Antonio Ortega and Angel Prieto handling international business.

Zafiro played a significant role in launching the careers of artists like Maria Dolores Pradera, Los Brincos, Los Relampagos, Juan and Junior, and rock groups such as Tequila, Obus, Baron Rojo, and Leno. The label achieved notable success with at least 29 platinum and 15 gold records by the 1980s.

Throughout its history, Zafiro expanded its reach through various distribution deals. In 1964, it partnered with Decca Records for UK distribution, later signing a US deal with Coco Records in 1976. The label also founded Chapa Disco and rebranded as Serdisco in the 1980s. By 1999, Zafiro was acquired by RCA.

Zafiro's legacy includes iconic hits like "Nos falta fe" by Juan & Junior and " Everybody's Got to Learn Sometime" by The Korgis, solidifying its impact on Spanish and international music.
