Manassas Park City Schools serves the city of Manassas Park, Virginia, with four schools: two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. The district was established in 1976 with Conner Elementary School, Independence Elementary School, Manassas Park Elementary School, and Manassas Park High School. Over time, the structure of the schools changed; for instance, Cougar Elementary School opened in 1999, leading to the closure of Conner and Independence elementary schools.

The district has had several superintendents since its inception, including Robert Strickland (1976–1979), Robert Lewis (1979–1981), Gary Smith (1982–1985), Jimmy Stuart (1985–1988), James Moyers (1988–1991), John David Martin (1991–1995), Dr. Thomas H. Debolt (1995–2010), and Dr. C. Bruce McDade (2010–2021). The current superintendent, Melissa Saunders, began her tenure in 2021 and is the first female superintendent in the district's history.

The school board consists of five appointed members: Paul Alexander (Chair), Dr. Shaunté Jones (Vice Chair), Michael Cummings, Stacy Seiberling, Ellen Slobodnik, and Melinda Desaulniers (Clerk). The district’s schools are fully accredited, with Cougar Elementary School serving grades K-2, Manassas Park Elementary School serving grades 3-5, Manassas Park Middle School serving grades 6–8, and Manassas Park High School serving grades 9-12.
