Michael Cahalane (born 17 June 1995) is an Irish hurler who plays as a left corner-forward for club side Bandon and was formerly part of the Cork senior hurling team.

Cahalane began his hurling career at Hamilton High School in Bandon, where he played on the school's senior teams. At club level, he joined Bandon at a young age, competing in both hurling and Gaelic football across various grades. He achieved success with the club, including scoring three points as Bandon won the premier intermediate hurling championship final against Fermoy in 2016. A week later, he was a non-playing substitute as Bandon secured the county intermediate football championship.

Cahalane made his inter-county debut for Cork at minor level in 2013 but faced defeats in both hurling and Gaelic football. His senior hurling career began with Cork in 2014, but health issues—later diagnosed as an enlarged heart caused by a viral infection—forced him out of action until 2017. He returned to the senior team on 12 March 2017, scoring a goal in a National League match against Waterford and later winning his Munster medal with Cork's victory over Clare in the 2017 Munster Championship final.

In 2018, Cahalane helped Cork secure another Munster title, defeating Clare in the final. He has won two Munster Senior Hurling medals (2017 and 2018) with Cork, while his club Bandon achieved success in the Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship (2016) and the Intermediate Football Championship (2016).
