Redis Ltd., originally known as Redis Labs and Garantia Data, is an American private software company based in Mountain View, California. It is the sponsor of the source-available Redis NoSQL database and provider of Redis Enterprise software, cloud services, and tools for global companies. The company has research and development centers in Tel Aviv and additional offices in London, Austin, and Bengaluru.

Founded as Garantia Data in 2011 by Ofer Bengal and Yiftach Shoolman, the company later rebranded to Redis Labs in January 2014. Key milestones include the release of Redis Enterprise Cloud in February 2013, the acquisition of MyRedis in October 2013, and the introduction of Redis Enterprise Pack in early 2015. In July 2015, Salvatore Sanfilippo, the creator of Redis, joined Redis Labs as the official sponsor of the open-source project.

The company shifted its Redis modules' licenses multiple times: from AGPL to Apache2 with Commons Clause in August 2018, and then to Redis Source Available License (RSAL) in February 2019. In April 2019, Redis Labs acquired RDBTools and rebranded it as RedisInsight, a GUI for managing Redis data.

The company raised significant funding over the years, including $4 million in seed funding in 2012 and multiple subsequent rounds totaling $347 million. Notable clients include Capital One, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Kabam. In March 2024, Redis Ltd. changed its name to Redis Inc., having acquired the intellectual property rights from Sanfilippo in 2018.
