The Volcano Museum in Daun, Germany, part of the Volcanic Eifel Nature and Geopark, showcases geological features of the Volcanic Eifel region, including information boards, photographs, and exhibits from active volcanoes in Europe and Asia. It complements other volcano museums like the Maar Museum in Manderscheid and the Volcano House in Strohn.

The museum's exhibition rooms feature interactive computer models explaining geology and volcanism in the Eifel. A large map at the entrance illustrates continental movement (plate tectonics) and active volcanoes using fluorescent lights. A simulation shows the distribution of continents over geological eras. Exhibits explore rock origins, evolution, and volcanic eruptions, with a model allowing visitors to simulate a cinder cone eruption.

Models depict the West Eifel region and volcano formations, supplemented by Volcanic Eifel exhibits. The Volcanic Eifel Geo Centre provides an overview of geological routes and facilities, such as the Devonian Route, Bunter Sandstone Route, and others, with buttons to highlight geologically significant sites on a map. The basement training center offers media and exhibits on geology.

The museum also references "Vulkanland Eifel" by Werner P. D´hein (2006), a guidebook covering the region's geological and cultural highlights.
