David DiLeo

David DiLeo, born on February 28, 1997, is an American professional basketball player currently signed to Le Mans of the French LNB Pro A league. He played college basketball for Central Michigan University. DiLeo's high school career at Iowa City West High School was notable; he helped his team win three state championships and earned the 2015 Iowa City Press-Citizen boys' basketball player of the year award. After graduating, he spent a postgraduate year at New Hampton School in New Hampshire. At Central Michigan, DiLeo's college career saw him progress from averaging 8.5 points and 5.0 rebounds as a freshman to becoming an All-MAC honorable mention and National Association of Basketball Coaches' All-District 14 Second Team member by his senior year. He set the MAC record for most 3-pointers made (337) and ranked seventh in school history for rebounds (733) and eighth for points (1,604). DiLeo's professional journey began with UCAM Murcia in Spain, followed by stints with PAOK Thessaloniki in Greece, Czarni Słupsk in Poland, ESSM Le Portel in France, and his current team, Le Mans.
