Dhawal Sunil Kulkarni (born 10 December 1988) is a former Indian cricketer who played as a right-arm medium-pace bowler and right-handed lower-order batsman. He represented Mumbai in first-class cricket and appeared for Mumbai Indians, Rajasthan Royals, and Gujarat Lions in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Kulkarni was selected for India's Test squad during the 2009 New Zealand tour but did not play any matches.

Kulkarni was named in ESPNcricinfo and Cricbuzz's IPL XI for his 2016 season performance. He led Mumbai's wicket-takers in the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy with 21 dismissals in six matches. Internationally, Kulkarni made his ODI debut against England on 5 September 2014 at Edgbaston. He also debuted in T20I cricket against Zimbabwe on 20 June 2016.
