  • Say Salaam India* is a 2007 Indian Hindi sports drama film directed by Subhash Kapoor. It stars Sanjay Suri, Milind Soman, Anuj Pandit Sharma, and Sandhya Mridul. The movie follows four boys—Viru, Mahi, Shakeel, and Guri—who pursue their passion for cricket despite facing challenges due to their lack of resources.

The plot centers on the Royal Heritage School's cricket team, where coach Hari Sadu faces opposition from his players, who are talented but unwilling to work hard. This conflict leads to Hari being wrongfully accused and fired by the school's board, replaced by Harry Oberoi, a suave fixer. Meanwhile, Hari Sadu, with the support of his wife Sonali and son Rustam (who has cerebral palsy), forms a cricket team from the wrestling team at a local corporation school. The boys, coming from humble backgrounds, overcome numerous obstacles to compete against the Royal Heritage School in the Inter-School Challenge.

The film's soundtrack includes songs such as "Chaal Murkhiyon Waali" by Labh Janjua, "Haiya Haiya" by Naresh Iyer, and "Tana Re Bana Re," featuring Shubha Mudgal and Sonu Nigam.
