"Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi," released in 2012, is an Indian Hindi romantic comedy directed by Bela Bhansali Sehgal. It stars Farah Khan, Boman Irani, Kavin Dave, Shammi, Kurush Deboo, and Daisy Irani. Inspired by Nizami Ganjavi's Persian poem "Farhad and Shirin," the film follows the story of Farhad Pastakia, a 45-year-old Parsi bachelor, and Shirin Fugawala, a woman he meets at his store. Despite their growing bond, Farhad's mother opposes their relationship due to Shirin's involvement in demolishing an illegal water tank on their property, which holds sentimental value as it was left by Farhad's late father.

The film marks Farah Khan's debut in acting and features music composed by Jeet Gannguli. It received mixed critical reviews, with many praising its heartfelt and charming narrative, though some found it lacking excitement. The movie had a successful box office opening, earning ₹94.8 million (US$1.1 million) in its first week.
