Raymond E. Gallison, Jr., born on March 23, 1952, in Providence, Rhode Island, is a former Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives. He represented District 69 from January 2003 and served consecutively in District 91 from January 2001 until his resignation in 2016.

Gallison earned a BA from Rhode Island College and a JD from the Southern New England School of Law, which is now closed. He was first elected to the Rhode Island House of Representatives in 2000 after winning the Democratic primary unopposed and defeating Republican challenger Joyce Bryant in the general election. He continued to win re-elections in subsequent years, often facing little opposition in primaries but competing against Republican candidates like William Grapentine in general elections.

In 2016, Gallison faced legal consequences when he pleaded guilty to nine charges, including fraud, aggravated identity theft, and tax violations. These offenses included stealing funds from a deceased individual's estate and a Special Needs Trust meant for a disabled person. He also provided false information on tax documents by inflating the number of students assisted by a non-profit organization funded by public money, failing to disclose payments to himself, and neglecting to pay taxes on his criminal activities. As a result, Gallison resigned from the Rhode Island House of Representatives on May 3, 2016.
