Disappearance of Bianca Piper
Bianca Noel "B" Piper, born December 26, 1991, disappeared on March 10, 2005, at age 13 in Foley, Missouri. Diagnosed with ADHD and severe bipolar disorder as a child, she required daily medication. In eighth grade, she attended Winfield Middle School and was in special education due to attention issues and absences.
On the night of her disappearance, after an argument over dishes, Piper asked her mother to drop her off further than usual, following therapist advice. She was last seen at 6:15 p.m., wearing a lime green blouse, gray Adidas hoodie, blue jeans, white sneakers, and carrying a flashlight. Her mother reported her missing at 8:20 p.m.
Initially thought lost, authorities later deemed her abduction likely. No family members were suspects after passing polygraph tests. In 2007, Michael J. Devlin was investigated due to other abductions but no link to Piper was found. Recent efforts include draining a septic tank near her last seen area with Othram Labs.
Piper's father died in 2009; her mother resides in St. Charles, Missouri. The case remains open as a cold case. Her sister, Tiffany Piper, was sentenced for trafficking in 2014. An Amber alert for Piper is active as of June 2024.
