Kenny Irons (born September 15, 1983) is a former American professional football player who played as a running back in the NFL. He was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round of the 2007 NFL draft and played college football for Auburn University after transferring from the University of South Carolina.

In high school, Irons excelled at Dacula High School in Georgia, rushing for 1985 yards and 19 touchdowns. He earned multiple honors, including PrepStar All-American and Atlanta Journal-Constitution's Top 11. Initially recruited by the University of South Carolina under coach Lou Holtz, he lettered as a true freshman but saw limited action.

Irons transferred to Auburn in 2003 to play alongside his brother David, a former Atlanta Falcons cornerback. After sitting out the 2004 season due to NCAA regulations, he became Auburn's starting running back in 2005 after Brad Lester was injured. That season, Irons rushed for 1293 yards and 13 touchdowns, earning SEC Offensive Player of the Week twice and All-SEC First-team honors.

In 2006, he broke his index finger but still rushed for 941 yards in 198 carries. Drafted by the Bengals in 2007, Irons' NFL career was cut short when he tore his ACL during the preseason. He was placed on the reserve/physically-unable-to-perform list and later waived in 2008.
