The Ministry of Transportation and Sustainable Mobility of Quebec (Transports Québec or MTQ) oversees transport, infrastructure, and related law in Quebec, Canada. Since 2022, Geneviève Guilbault has served as the Minister for Transport. The ministry's responsibilities include vehicle registration, driver licensing, managing provincial highways, maintaining roads and bridges, and operating driver examination centers. It also provides an inventory tool offering detailed descriptions of bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and tunnels under its management, accessible by region or road number.

Additionally, Transports Québec includes the Service Aérien Gouvernemental (Government Air Service), which conducts forest firefighting using a fleet of Bombardier aircraft: 8 CL-415s, 2 CL-215Ts, and 4 CL-215Ps.
