The 2006–07 WOAA Senior League season marked the 17th year of the WOAA Senior AA Hockey League. The regular season ran from October 2006 to January 2007, featuring a 24-game schedule. The playoffs began in February 2007 and concluded in April 2007.
The league experienced changes during the season: Thedford joined as an expansion team, while Listowel withdrew and folded. The Senior A division also held its own playoffs, with qualifying rounds and quarter-finals involving teams like Durham Thundercats, Ripley Wolves, Milverton Four Wheel Drives, and Wingham Bulls. The finals saw Durham Thundercats defeat Ripley Wolves for the Sr. A championship.
