Original Plumbing (OP) was a quarterly magazine focused on the culture and lifestyle of transgender men, founded in September 2009 by Amos Mac and Rocco Kayiatos in the San Francisco Bay Area. The magazine aimed to bring visibility to trans men, who had little representation in mainstream media at the time. It was later published from Brooklyn and Los Angeles. OP sought to represent diversity within the FTM (female-to-male) community, including differences in size, age, body type, surgery, and hormone use. It was the first magazine for trans men created by trans men.

The magazine’s name refers to a term used by transgender people on Craigslist to indicate they had not undergone sex reassignment surgery. Mac emphasized that being a trans man is more than just medical procedures, involving attitude, self-awareness, and identity. OP featured advice, essays, interviews, and erotic content, drawing inspiration from teen magazines, vintage physique pictorials, and publications like BUTT and Physique Pictorial. Each issue was theme-based and limited edition, with page counts ranging from 52 to 96 pages.

The magazine ran for 20 issues, concluding in 2019. A "best of" anthology was published by Feminist Press the same year. Issues covered themes such as Bedroom, Hair, Health, Work, Fashion, Family, Entertainment, Jock, Hero, Party, Atlanta, Board Stiff, Selfie, Lit, Tattoo, Bathroom, Art, and Issues Issue. OP’s content was primarily photographed by Mac, who served as creative director. The magazine's size was 8" x 10.5" when open.
