Scarborough Downs Race Track, located in Scarborough, Maine, was the largest race track in the state. It featured The Downs Club restaurant, a grandstand, two track-side lounges, and a VIP Room. The track held its final races on November 30, 2020.

Constructed between 1949 and 1950, it initially hosted thoroughbred racing and was Maine's only such facility. Harness racing was introduced in the 1960s, and by September 1972, the track transitioned exclusively to harness racing. In the 2000s, under owner Joseph Ricci, simulcast wagering began, offering races from other tracks across North America.

A fire on October 1, 1980, caused by an electrical overload in a tack room, destroyed a 240-foot barn and killed eleven horses. The track's final race occurred on November 28, 2020, following an agreement with developer Mike Cianchette. Racing operations moved to Cumberland Fairgrounds, which is expected to become a full-time horse racing venue by 2022.

Since February 2021, MaineHealth has utilized the facility as a COVID-19 vaccine distribution site.
