The Skysuites Tower, also known as The Sky Suites Corporate & Residential Towers, is a 38-story twin building complex under construction in Quezon City. Originally owned by Globe Asiatique, construction began in 2007 but was halted after the company was involved in a ₱6.6 billion scam case filed against its owner, Delfin Lee, in 2010. The building was foreclosed by the Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) and its land title was transferred to RCBC in December 2010.

In May 2014, DoubleDragon Properties acquired the building after a 90-day due diligence period and resumed construction. The building was renamed The Sky Suites Corporate & Residential Towers. It is situated on a 2,812-square-meter lot at the junction of EDSA and Quezon Avenue. The complex consists of two 38-story towers: one semi-circular tower for residential use and another curvilinear tower for office space. Both towers are connected by a parking and commercial podium. Features include garden spaces and podium lofts.
